I have purchased a beardo hair dryer from Amazon.in on date 3rd December 2023, there are provide one year warranty on product, but there are not option available for the submit complaint for change my product.

On 04 Sep 2022 I had ordered "Beardo Ultraglow Face Cream (SPF-30) 60gm" from my account, Today I got the delivery of that order but the product is missing from the parcel which i had ordered and i received wrong product "2 Beardo Charcoal Face Wash 25 ml" instead of Beardo Ultraglow Face Cream (SPF-30) 60gm", i attached the photos of parcel which i received with this mail, please check it and deliver me my original...

I have book a product from beardo.com payment is deducted and also see the payment is successfully from the bank but when i mail the beardo then they told that payment is not done so i called the bank they send the transaction id and it was successful but beardo is arguing that no payment is done kindly help me with this

I have received used product and now your customer team is saying it's new packinging ..I also accept that but now I'm saying I dnt want that product just take back your 100 genuine product as you say and refund my 100 legal money

I have order on the website my order I'd is [protected] in this order there was an oil product which I received open seal and nothing was there inside it and again the he company sent me replacement but same thing happened it's wasn't seal now there are saying that it's there new packinging how can they change the packinging system of same product in just 4days they are doing fraud and cheating people

I order the beardo product on 6 june 2021 My order ID is [protected]. Today is 8 jun till not the product delivered also their is not any message aur mail from the beardo company. Please look into it. And deliver my product ASAP.

My beardo trimmer (Beardo Multipurpose Trimmer Kit (PR3058)), is not working now (the main component that has the battery and motor) . As it is still under warranty i contacted the team for it.
I was sent to a service center jeeves.co.in in mangalore, there i was informed that it is not serviceable, thus i will either get replacement or refund.
Now i am being informed that i need to return the product with all accessories for...

I have placed a pre-paid order from official beardo website for worth 692 inr. But the product is delivered 795 kms away from the provided address. Even the company is saying this is courier fault but not returning my money from last 15 days nor the rescheduled product. I just receive different ticket ids. But does not receive any resolution. Please help me with the same and try to get me a resolution for product or my money back.

As i have order two product from (big flash sale) beardo online site 1. Charcoal face scrub 2. Charcoal peel off mask. And i received it today

As the package received i was so disappointed to see the packaging of beardo there was no bubble wrap in it. And both the product which i received was like used product which was re packed and delivered. I have video of opening the package

And most importantly the product which i received is expired i have attached the files supporting my issue.
As for the first time i have ordered from the site and i am so disappointed to face such issue from beardo
I want proper response from beardo and i want to return these product.

I have sent so many mails to them but no response from the company. I have legally paid all the amount to the bearer but then also they are selling expired product to consumers.
These is a complete violation of consumer law

I have cancelled a order from beardo.in but i have received the refund i have refused the delivery of the order but the refund is not provided by them yet. I had placed the order on 29 june and i have refused the delivery on 10 july but still no refund provided by them it's been 2 weeks refund amount is 299rs and i have contacted the beardo customer support many times but i haven't received any response from them about the refund of my order kindly help

I have raised ticket on beardo's helpdesk more than thrice to stop all the promotional SMS on my mobile number.
But neither do they reply to those created tickets nor they stop these SMS.
Please help me to unsubscribe my number from Beardo's Promotional SMS List.

I had ordered the beardo hair oil ×2 and facewash×3 the product was delivered and when i opened it, the beardo box was torn and one of the facewash and both oils were opened. They weren't seal packed rather one can actually make out from it that the seal was opened. Ok i got the issue. But the company is really so dumb and useless. I mailed them thrice with the photos and details but all of my complaints were falling on deaf ears. I got frustrated and ended up calling customer service just to know they will reply to my mai in 6 hours. Wow. And what reply do they give...

Is the executive mad? Don't they understand that the seal was opened and it's never safe to use seal opened products. Rather than resolving my issue they are telling me to use whatever i have received. This is the worst company of all times

I ordered a product order ID [protected] their estimated time was 2 to 3 days for shipping they shipped ome month later and even the courier did not gave the product delivered and they are saying they refunded now you complain to bank sometimes saying complain to paytm nether replying emails neither they receive the calls nothing just they are fraud

The product was supposed to be delivered between 4-5th december. It's 6th december and evening. It just keeps showing tracking updates and that it will be delivered 'today' for 2 days and that it's moving as expected. Atleast write the expected time and date properly and that the delivery is been delayed. Weekend has arrived. When am i going to get my product?

Placed on 17/9/19 and received on 25/9/19. Out of three products one was found leakage and broken for your reference i am attaching some pics of them so you can understand better.
