My beardo trimmer (Beardo Multipurpose Trimmer Kit (PR3058)), is not working now (the main component that has the battery and motor) . As it is still under warranty i contacted the team for it.
I was sent to a service center jeeves.co.in in mangalore, there i was informed that it is not serviceable, thus i will either get replacement or refund.
Now i am being informed that i need to return the product with all accessories for the process to go ahead.
I am currently travelling and do not carry the accessories with me, only the important ones are there with me, to collect all parts i will need to travel and shell[protected] and reach home to get them.
Moreover, the warranty is on the important body not on the accessories, but no one is listening to me.
This is like i bought a bike with accessories and while in warranty the motor went bad, and to repair the vehicle they are like please deposit the bike with all accessories like rear mirror, etc.
I am helpless over here as i bought it though flipkart and since it is an issue of warranty they are sending me to beardo.
Beardo team is asking me to return all parts with accessories. I had been using it for 1.5 years approx, and i do not carry them with me, i will need a month or 2 to reach my home to get them (according to my travelling plan).
