Order i'd # 6044, order date-05.01.20 ;recd date 10.01.2020 Ordered a combo of samsung level u + jbl ear buds new worth 1599/- (New year sale) with cash on delivery. But i received wrong product (Sony - on ear stereo headphones poor quality). Call the customer care, but phone switched off. Please refund my money or deliver the exact product which i ordered. It is highly disappointing and my complaint needs to be resolved as soon as possible... Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased a headphones from the website called BEAT ROCKZ but product which I have received is different & the product which is in the package is damaged badly. I purchased the product for Rs. 1499. I complained for many times but no response from there side.
