I purchased a smartwatch from BeatXP via Flipkart on which the BeatXP provided a 1-year warranty on the watch. After a few days of purchase watch stopped working. When I tried registering a complaint to reclaim my warranty they did not respond even after saying the company would contact you within 48 hours. I registered my complaint on 22nd November but till now there has been no response. Below I am mentioning the relevant details about purchases.
