I purchased a smartwatch from BeatXP via Flipkart on which the BeatXP provided a 1-year warranty on the watch. After a few days of purchase watch stopped working. When I tried registering a complaint to reclaim my warranty they did not respond even after saying the company would contact you within 48 hours. I have raised complaint 4-5 times, and they keep ignoring it. There is no proper email ID communication. Even they don't have Customer care telephone service. Its very frustrating.
