Beautifulsaree.com — product quality - no reply on refund and return

I have bought lehenga from the beautifulsaree.com on 25th march 2019. Received the parcel from 29th march 2019.
The product quality is really worst. Even the dupatta color is totally diffrennt. They have shown the dupatta of sky blue color and reveived the dupatta of cheap pink color. The net quality is really cheap.
I have contacted the supplier for refund and return. Their whats app last seen is of 25th march, the same day on which i have booked my order. The number is switched off. No reply to mail.

Please take the product return and give me the refund.
