Beauty World 123 — Ordered products have not received within promised time of delivery ie 5-10 days

I had ordered on 6th Feb on instagram page name beautyworld123 handled by Shanaya Arora, page based on instagram, she belongs to delhi Who take orders and also run the page. I ordered products sum of rupees 1000 and 100 delivery charges on same day and I paid it online through google pay. I have taken the screenshot and send to her. She confirm order on that very same day. She promised to deliver products within 5-10 days but she didnt provide any tracking number. I suspected about it.. But I felt may be it's her protocol to run page and I ordered. After some days I messaged her but there was no response. With passing day the continually msg her try to be in contact to get information but it all was useless she may reply jldi mil jaega parcel or dispatch krdea hai... Even after dispatch I don't get any tracking number. By doing this all things... She made me to suffer mentally as this happened to me very first time... It's been above 30 days I haven't received my purchased products and she don't even reply... She's doing this from so long time with other customers too... It's not about money it's about she's not being loyal towards her business and making people fool... And for not being available to give reply and not a genuine page to order... She's completely corrupt and making people foolish... Playing with others earned money ... And above all making others to suffer mentally...financially... .
I really feel to report this page and that page owner because she's playing with customer's vital earned money... Do take necessary act.
