I ordered products amounting Rs. 1565 on 26 th September 2021 and today it is 14 November 2021 till date I have not received my order. I have been texting her almost everyday on whatsapp Instagram she keeps blocking me, maximum reply I got to wait that's it. I kept texting her from new no. She instantly reply but as soon as I say about my order that I haven't received she does not reply.
After all this I researched about her and got to know from Google map, YouTube, Instagram that she has been doing this with 1000+ people. Please do something to stop her she is taking hard earned money of people and cheating. She has a store in delhi named thebeautyworld address 3a pocket b sarita vihar

I have ordered the products from shanaya Arora on 11 September 2021 on WhatsApp chat and she assured me that She ll send the products in 10 to 15 days and till now I didn't receive the products neither she is applying replying on Instagram as well as WhatsApp nor picking up the calls she is a a big fraud the site Beauty World 123 e should be banned and take some legal action about this...

I had ordered on 6th Feb on instagram page name beautyworld123 handled by Shanaya Arora, page based on instagram, she belongs to delhi Who take orders and also run the page. I ordered products sum of rupees 1000 and 100 delivery charges on same day and I paid it online through google pay. I have taken the screenshot and send to her. She confirm order on that very same day. She promised to deliver products within 5-10 days but she didnt provide...
