BeautyKafe — order placed but didn't receive

Hi, I have placed an order number[protected] worth rs 1502 on february 8th. But didnt receive yet... I tried reaching through phone, emails etc but for few days.. site was not working and customer care is not answering. And now i am able to login the site and found that no order details . I have emailed but no response. Please do needful

Not sending my productsq

I have placed an order (worth 1700 rupees products )in beautykafe website.on 2-8-2014.i paid through net banking. The order id is[protected]. I have not received my products yet Are they trying to cheat me.i am worrying a lot .
