      Hi, I have placed an order number[protected] worth rs 1502 on february 8th. But didnt receive yet... I tried reaching through phone, emails etc but for few days.. site was not working and customer care is not answering. And now i am able to login the site and found that no order details . I have emailed but no response. Please do needful

          I have ordered Rs.1700 worth products on beautykafe web site. I paid the amount through net banking. Order id is #[protected] It is over 20 days and still I have not received the products. No one is replying my mails.Their phone [protected] is rarely attended. Mostly it is ringing ringing and ringing. Do they try to cheat me, defraud me ? What shall I do further?               Order #[protected] Order date 12.06.14 it's been more than a week and I haven't received a single message or SMS for order confirmation. The payment of ₹995 I made is confirmed and is been debited from my account. There so called customer care number keeps ringing and nobody answers and at other times it's busy.they are not even answering my emails. This is my worst online shopping experience till date.

                i had ordered fpr 3 bottles of marks and Spencer foam bath of 500 ml on 18th December, today is 30th December and i have not received it yet, whenever i call the customer care they say it will come within a few days but their is no proper response on top of that they take orders for the product they dont have and show it in stock they have made lot of alteration in the product but still their is no response from the company, please take a strong action against the site as it is violating the rule of e-commerce by showing the product list without availability. on top of that they dont have any business ethics

                in the picture below u can see that this product is available to buy but once u pay and buy and after long time of frustration and when u call them they say it is out of stock. beauty kafe does not call the consumer calls.

                  I ordered for Maybelline Eye studio Lasting Drama Gel eyeliner from www.Beautykafe.com on May 6,2013. The MRP of the product is Rs.425. The website offered a 2% discount and I paid Rs.416.50. I received the courier on May 11. But the product i got was not the one I ordered. the price of the product i received is Rs.410 . The eyeliner that I received is only black colour but the one I had ordered has both black and silver colour.
                  I have the receipt of the order. The product ID given in the receipt is MAB389. But now there seems to be no product listed under this ID in their website.
                  When I complained to the customer care of their website they said they will replace it.I have made more than 10 phone calls to them regarding this.
                  But till now there has been no response. The website promises replacement within thirty days and i have been literally begging to them for almost 2 months now.
