BeautyKafe — Waiting for my order/ Afraid of some fraud

I have ordered Rs.1700 worth products on beautykafe web site. I paid the amount through net banking. Order id is #[protected] It is over 20 days and still I have not received the products. No one is replying my mails.Their phone [protected] is rarely attended. Mostly it is ringing ringing and ringing. Do they try to cheat me, defraud me ? What shall I do further? Please take up the issue and guide me. Usharani
