Believers Church Medical College Hospital — Poor Quality of Taps and Faucets

We are about to finish an up coming Medical College Hospital in Central Travancore and we chose Jaquar Taps and Faucets for the plumbing requirements in the kitchen. It is hardly 05 months since we started the operation of the canteen and it is shameful to say that all the fittings by Jaquar is in very pathetic condition. We have almost 7 to 8 Mixer Taps fallen down as it has no proper provision for the fitments. We tried the level best to get the spares for the same and we failed in all the attempts. So it could be great if this grievance can be considered as a matter o[censored]rgency since all our operations are very badly affected by this issue.
