Jaqur diverter and metropole nor working properly

Jaguar conceled flush

Good day,

Please note that my home Jaguar concealed flush was repaired today by way of replacing the spindle.

The charge for the same was Rs 2310.00.

Cost for spindle assembly was Rs 2006.00, which should include spring + disc, but only the spindle and plastic part was replaced.

I am not sure if the part was genuine Jaguar, as it was in Serviceman's pouch along with some other new...

Jaquar toilet sheet & nal regularly leak

I m Jaquar customer and facing problem to toilet sheet water leakage and diverter in hand many times, I have raised many times compalint and always your agent Mr. Kanihaya came and repair but again same problem incurred within 2 or 3 days, Many times my tolets and bathrooms not workng. Your agent suggestted us to install water softner machine, when in same colony many Jaquar user's used your products without any softner machine. I sure...

I have requested for a service of my diverter which became hard and technician visited on 22 April 2025 and he removed the jaquar handle with his device so hardly so diverter falls down and get damaged. On the same day i tried to reach company but after 6 pm customer care closes so i called on 23 rd April to your customer care and they conferenced the call with service centre (Ranchi) regarding the same and service centre told me to wait for 7 days for the replacement of your diverter. And after waiting for a long time, now they are saying damage is not done by us so we can't help, and we cannot replace your diverter.
I have never expected this worst service from your end, however your technician condemned that diverter damaged by his mistake but still your service centre making the excuses for not replacing the products. Hope you understand my concern and do the needful. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible, also your customer care team is so useless, they never provide the clear solution and service centre also talked too rude. Afterall i have registered the same in government consumer forum whose docket number is 7121399. My registered mobile number is [protected].

    I'm not sure who to address this issue, but I'm sick and tired of having to call your stupid no and receiving no response from there. Finally, one day some idiot from your company came and he checked it and said he will come back again and never bothered to come back but very conveniently took money for the so-called service he did. Honestly its truly irritating that i have to follow up on this so many times.

    GET MY BATHROOM PIPES FIXED AT THE EARLIEST.

      I have purchased a 5 bathroom jaguar fittings from one of your Dealer in nagpur ... the dealer name is Shiv shakti traders.. located on manewada besa road nagpur ... the products include all type of bathroom fittings right from wall hungs to ceramic white sinks and diverter plates and faucet and spouts and hand shower etc ... the dealer has given open box delivery for counter top basins and wall hungs ... but didnot provided any open box delivery for all types of kitchen taps and bathroom taps ... and the dealer told ... that if any taps will be having any issue regarding scratches bring it to me till tommorrow ... then i myself checked all the taps and founded that 17 products which i have received is having dents on it or either having minor scratches on it ... so i taken all those products to the dealer for a replacement ... now the dealer is not helping me out for the replacement ... saying that i have given you 25% disccount on the mrp and i myself have not earned any profits in your sale deal ...now i wont help you out in this scenario ...you your self go and do whatever you can do for your products ... and the dealer was behaving rudely and ... and was letting the customer feel low ...regarding the issues ...infront of other customers office staff and sales persons of jaguar

        I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the unresolved issues related to Complaint No. 00931017 with Jaquar, which I initially raised on June 14, 2024. Despite numerous follow-ups with Jaquar customer care and a commitment from your regional head in Kolkata to resolve the issue, nothing has been done.

        Furthermore, I escalated my complaint on "X" social media, but even after that, the problem remains unresolved. The commode and bath shower are essential requirements, and I am extremely disappointed that Jaquar has not taken any action to repair these critical bathroom fixtures for the past two months.

        This ongoing lack of service is unacceptable. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to help resolve the issue as soon as possible. Your prompt action would be greatly appreciated.

            We have recently purchased couple of items from Jaguar dealer in Jaipur, Rajasthan such as WC including Seat cover, WC Tank, Basin, Bath fittings etc.
            When these item were opened for installation by our plumber, we really that the WC Seat Cover had a crack which broke while installing. We then raised a complaint for the same.
            Complaint number: 00408407
            The company's representative came and checked the product and have raised a job card for the same 2 days back. Yesterday, we got the information that our request for replacement has been rejected citing mishandling. I had tried conveying to the company that we haven't even used or installed the product and it's still in the box and that this crack could be due to either the lack of proper packing or the material quality being subdued or could be due to any mishandling at their end while transportation.
            Products being brought from reputed companies like Jaguar are expected to be of highest standards and not come with cracks or crack so easily due to lack of proper packaging. I want the WC seat cover to be replaced by them.

              Flowing of water do not stop after filling the cistern. The cistern is in use since Feb, 23 and the problem started since April'23. Till now, complaint logged 5 times and problem fixed temporarily everytime. In the last visit by the technician on 16.02.2024, he observed that one part is to be replaced and accordingly he ordered for the same to the company. But till date, i.e 04.03.2024, the part is not replaced and we could not use the cistern since Feb'24.

              The shower also has problem. Water keeps coming in drops for hours, after its use. It do now allow the bathroom floor to dry up.

                  I have a complaint raised on 22/02/2024 with the ref no. 00305733 and my registered mobile number is [protected].
                  I was assigned an attendant named Amaan but he refused to come. Instead he is sending one of his colleagues, Sufiyan. Previously I have faced service issues from Sufiyan and even escalated the issue. Sufiyan does not at all know how to repair. I even requested Amaan to take up the complaint timely as my guests are facing trouble but he again asked Sufiyan to take up the complaint.
                  Requesting to resolve the issue by assigning any responsible service person.

                    We requested for routine checking of the bathroom fitting and kitchen tap for proper cleaning of the net more than two weeks back while Jaquar team visited the Society (E902 Palm Village, Desumajra Kharar, Mohali Pin 140301).

                    The technician himself damaged both the fitting of his own and thereafter, the supervisor (Mr. Ravinder Singh) who was also visiting that day was called by the technician in my flat.

                    On inspection, the supervisor agreed to replace the fittings damaged by the Jaquar technician and took that part damaged and were told that these will be replaced by new parts. It is already more than two weeks and it is going to be three weeks now. Despite repeated phone call, that person Mr. Ravinder Singh is not picking up the call deliberately, ignoring calls and we are in total confusion about the services provided by the Jaquar and the credibility of the Jaquar technician and the supervisor in their services.

                    Given these circumstances, we seek serious intervention by Jaquar authorities to get my issues solved as soon as possible.

                        Complaint registered on 09th January Via complaint number 00057797. The same was closed saying part will come and fitting will be done in due course. However no part was received and no solution provided by the company in the next 18 days. Again had to register same complaint on 27th January Via Complaint number 00156393. Today is 15th February and till date no solution is provided by the company. On enquiring today, was informed that the said part is not available with the company and they can't tell when it will be made available. On constatnt pressing from my end, got a vague answer that it will be available within 1 month. I can't understand how such a company can't provide parts for over 2 months of the products manufactured and sold by them.

                            MY name is vansh Chaudhary I am facing many problem from jaquar washroom seat from last few months because water is leaking from cistern and is making reddish marks on the seat and i have complaint many times to jaqaur toll free no the plumber came many times and they clean it only they don't have a proper solutions also why water is leaking again and again.                               There have been complaint about Concealed Flush Tank Leakge to jaguar.
                              Their technicians have visited multiple times each time they are replacing one or another part and charging for the same. The technician does not know about the details and thus overduly charged for replacing even a working part. They demand forcefully happy code otherwise they are not ready to leave the home.

                              Multiple visits for exactly same problem in within 3 days and part replacements charge confirm alleged practise of Jaguar to overcharge customers by replacing un-neccessary parts.

                              Yes there is no denial about the claims that technicians are replacing unneccessary parts and overcharging with this alleged practice. Please be cautious and ask technican every detail about parts changed and why. You cannot trust and leave the judgment to them about what is the root cause.

                              Till date there is no action on the technican and i was charged twice for same complaint, with 4 different technicans visiting. If regional service incharge has to step in for these subtle complaints then we can judge the quality of servicing.
