I ordered the product on Aug 15 2023. Order was for Ultimate Perfume Box. It is now Aug 26, 2023 and order is not delivered. They are not delivering the product and keeps saying courier company which is Shiprocket has not delivered. They feel giving it to courier company is their responsibility and making sure customer gets the order is their responsibility. I wasted so much of time talking to customer service with no outcome. I can give names but I do not want to do it here. SHIPROCKET does not take calls from buyer and takes calls from seller. I have asked for refund from Bellavita and will update on that process as well. They were saying they will refund once they receive the order back. I have paid the money and did not get the Product for last 11 days and no sign of when i will get it. I wish atleast they will return the money. Please take action on BELLA VITA.
