Stop harassing me with your calls. It was a mistake buying a product from you. I will not repeat that mistake.

Fraud company

I ordered nicolips and C glow face wash . But I receive 3 duplicate clean n clear face wash they are empty and duplicate. I lost 393.55 RS.
This is a starting of a co. And doing these scams . Shame on you....

I placed order on 6th September but I still haven't received my product. I have contacted the company many times but the company is only doing fake promises and till now my product has not been delivered to me.

I tracked the order online and found out that the order has not been picked up by the shipping company.

I think this company is absolutely fraud and I will request others also that no one should buy product...

Company couldn't find my order and never shared an order id even after making payment. I raised my concern on their page after few days of non receipt of the order when company asked for order id. I provided payment screenshot from gpay, that when they could trace my order. I am still however waiting for my order placed in mid August sometime

The guy who delivered me the package gave me and went away, i opened the box, it should be a set of 4 (20ml each) perfumes..2 of them were missing ..since then i tried complaining it on their whatsapp everytime a computer robot is answering with repeated answers, asking me to send an unboxing video which also I've sent ..i would recommend everybody not to buy from them they're frauds and they spammed me..also the quality of perfumes aren't as they advertise, it smell like a cheap roadside perfume ..i wasted the whole money and time, , very disappointing

I had ordered products from bella vita organic company suited in gurugram.. on 28 July i received mail the products has been delivered but i didn't get them.. the delivery boy himself kept the products or either the company didn't send the products i don't know the exact reason but the delivery guy didn't even contact me and never entered the society where i live.. as there are cctv all over the place, the guy didn't came to me.
Then i immediately raise the complaint and it has been 13 days till now there is no response from the company.. neither i am getting my products nor i am getting the refund.
I am completely unsatisfied from the services of bella vita this time.
As i usually order from this site but this time i am not satisfied.

It is been shipped by bluedart courier partner i have very bad experience with this courier partner with out any intimation they have marked status as unfullfilled they didnot even contacted me .

I tried reaching bellavita for help they are saying wait for 24-48 hrs but i called almost 5 times i reached by there whatsapp chat support they will not respond to the cases. If your company not interested to sell products and taking care coustomer satisfaction please cancel my order and refund the order same amount. Please learn how to make coustomer dealing and satisfaction. I will ordered from the same any another source. I highly disappointed.

I have ordered on 23 october 2021 and cancelled it as on 23 october 2021 an i still not receiced my refund. as per policy i should have received my refund in 15 days. i have contacted care for more then 65 times and their answer is same that they will take action in 24 hours.

After waiting for more than a month i still haven't received my order.
i was told it was cancelled but still no refund, whenever called their customer support responded with a "we are escalating the matter" when clearly its a lie, they have escalated it 10 times now.
i was told they couldn't reach me, another lie as i'm at the mentioned address for more than 10 years and all my online orders have been delivered to this address without any hassle.

I've placed the order on 17th October 21 from Bella Vita Organic online site https://bellavitaorganic.com/. On 20th October Order was delivered but 3 out 4 item was delivered.

I've raised the query through mail and I've sent the unboxing video to as per the company requirement. Till today issue is not yet resolved.

After 5 days of raising query got a call from Bella vita they said unboxing video was not proper. They offered that that item will be delivered free of cost on next order. If the unboxing video was not proper then why they are offering that missing item free on next order ??

So I've requested the packaging video. They are not even addressing the issue.

They are not delivering the missing item and not even refunding the money. Every time they say issue will be resolved in 24-48 hours. Its been more than 5 days since I've raised the query.

Kindly look in to this issue.

It is been shipped by xpressbees courier partner i have very bad experience with this courier partner with out any intimation they have marked status as unfullfilled they didnot even contacted me .
