Do not buy from Bello Jewels.
I am a victim of this fraud.
I had bought a blue sapphire gemstone from bello jewels on Sep 18 2016 which was eligible for testing and return within a specified period. However Bello Jewells is not giving me my money back for the last 4 months even after repeated follow-ups. Everytime I get the response that it would be transferred in couple of days .
Not only has Bello Jewells/ Gautam Khurana (Director of Bello Jewells) withhold my money but it has also subjected me to mental torture by making me follow up again and again for my own money.
It is a fraud and unprofessional company. They are willing to keep my money when I don’t even have their merchandise. I can just imagine the authenticity of these gemstones. Would honestly suggest : Nobody should ever buy from them. Was this information helpful? |
