The buyer is a Fake Buyer. We sent him parcel first and even though it showed in UPS as delivered. He got a PayPal claim as there was no signature proof so we sent again and they Mr Shawn claimed that we sent fake stones even though we check and recheck and send certified goods. I also have bought a forgery in Bellojewels. The part of stones has not enclosed parcel.

This is the same guy who has taken his ebay store down after a lot of negative reviews. All his video testimonials are fake and bought and this man should be banned from life. This company was earlier operational on e bay as bello jewels and they took it down because of similar complaint's of fraud goods like yours. Be very wary as these people operate a number of website. All with fakes and poor stuff. Once such name is Barishh. People should be guarded. I bought a gem (Topas) at Bello Jewels for 999, -$. The result of german lab is:
only glass.
I sent mails to bello jewels, but the Trader didn't answer.
I have the gem sent back to the dealer.
The answer of Bello Jewels to trustpilot: There is no proof of purchase.
I have sent the invoice and screenshot of my Bello Jewels-Account at Trustpilot.
After that, several times Bello Jewels has promised a refund. Nothing happened. I'm still waiting for the refund.

My order[protected] for pukhraj stone ring was delivered in time and I am satisfied. Only problem was the ring size was incorrect and I had to send them back for resizing. They were corteous to get reverse pickup done.

Bello jewels is very good . All gemstones and necklaces and ring are good quality . I purchased lot of items from this shop . AAAfter years also quality of gems is great . From other sellers gemstones I purchased loslost colour .
They sell real good items not fake .

It's a fake company.. if you've lost more than Rs 2000/- on fake product purchase. You can log an FIR & put the seller behind bars.

Im a regular customer of bello jewels I have purchased rubys sapphires emerald pearls n other gemstones though not black diamonds . I don't know about your purchase but when they have sent all original good quality y will they send this only fake n spoil their business . Im happy with the purchases n will continue buying from them

I'm an Indian and I would say that BEWARE of these THUG people (BELLO JEWELS). I bought "Pukhraj(Natural yellow sappphire) from them . They told me its just a finger print on stone while purchasing it and when I got it tested in lab, I found that stone is cracked. When I called Bello jewels, the guy was extremely RUDE and said we can't do anything about it and HANG UP the phone.

I spent around 23, 000 INR for this purchase and all they gave me is a cracked stone.
SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY.
