Benelli — refund of deposited amount

I booked a bike of benelli showroom in NH-37 Basistha, Guwahati, Assam on 01/02/2020. Bike name is benelli imperiale and they asked me to do advance booking so I booked by paying Rs 5000 through RTGS to their dealership bank account. Later on after few days I decided to take some other brand, so I changed the plan of Benelli imperiale, I asked for my refund to them as I wasn't willing to take that bike, the Manager told me they will refund money after few days, so it was ok for me for few days to wait and they told me to write a application for the refund so I did & submitted to the showroom office, Later I have called them several times & even visited the showroom many times for my refund..
but still they have not refunded my deposited amount and they are delaying without any reason. They are only making excuses. I am totally fed up due to this kind of customer service from benelli..it is just harrasment to their visitors & costumers. It's been almost 9 months I am asking for my refund.
