I booked a bike of benelli showroom noida sector 63 before 3 month. Bike name is benelli imperiale and i deposited 10000 rupees in advance as they asked to submit this amount for advance booking of bike. I came to know that customer service is very poor of benelli therefore i decided to take refund of my deposited amount and asked the same from dealer. They provided me the email id of for sending request of refund therefore i droped 2-3 mails...
