My TnT600i mudguard broke down because of your irresponsibility(benelli kochi)

I am Maneesh. Am going to your Service Centre Kochi and service my "Benelli 600i" for "Fork Oil and Seal". After the service finished time. Am pickup my bike and return back to my home, That time, "Number Plate Gard" automatically removed and hooked the Front Mudgard, that time Mudgard was Broken. At that time am called Service Manager (MARIKKAR MOTORS) and asked the manager for that matter. Then manager told to go service center. Am visited and showed. That person said to me "This is a mistake we are wrong part so it can be reimbursed at the expense of the company".but, stock was not available in'that time.he said After one month back let's fix that Mudgard.After 5 to 6 times visit the service center and so many times called. That problems was not corrected know that time. I'm Calling now will not take the phone. Very IRRESPONSIBLE person your "Service Manager".

I booked a bike of benelli showroom noida sector 63 before 3 month. Bike name is benelli imperiale and i deposited 10000 rupees in advance as they asked to submit this amount for advance booking of bike. I came to know that customer service is very poor of benelli therefore i decided to take refund of my deposited amount and asked the same from dealer. They provided me the email id of for sending request of refund therefore i droped 2-3 mails...

I Have Purchased a Motorcycle From The Company Which is Running Well and Good..But Recently A Months or Two I am Facing Gear Problem and I Showed The Problem To Their Authorised Service Centre After That They Told Me its a Problem of GEAR SHAFT So You Need To Replace The Gear Shaft But Its Currently Not Available Right Now You Need To Wait For a Week To Get The Parts Dispacthed from The HeadQuarter And That Day Was Around 13th of June 2017.
So I Waited For Weeks and Managed To Ride My Bike Safely After Passing 1 Week I Called The Reception Of The Service Centre He Told me Its Still is in Transit So You Have To Wait Few More Then Again I Waited But Same Thing Happens Its Still Under Transit But the Problem Is The Parts of my Bike Getting More Wear and Tear and I Cant Wait For More Days Because Its Getting Dangerous For Me To Ride With a Faulty Parts But I Cannot Even Go Without a Bike For My Work.So Now Today Its More Than a Months Now Still I am Facing The Same Problem and Same Answer Day By Day Please Raise a Complaint Against the Main Branch They are Least Bothered Or Taking Customer Casually Thats Why These Type of Major Problem Have To Face By us Even Today and So On It Will Continue Until Someone Take it Seriously.
I Want My Bike Parts To Be Replaced By New . Please Rectify The Error and Cause Which is Leading Us in Trouble and Lack of Customer After-Sales Reliabilty and SATISFACTION.
