We had approached Bengal Home Services on 28th July 2021 for the repair of our Fridge which was facing issues with forming ice in the upper compartment. The technician came and informed us that either the PCB unit or the Motor fan- one of the 2 would need to be repaired/replaced. The technician had to take both parts for examination to the service center and had mentioned that they would take one week to resolve the issue. After 7 days, the technician came back saying that the motor fan is working perfectly and the PCB unit needed repair. They charged us 2850 +450 for the entire service. When he had installed the parts he mentioned that the ice would start forming after 4-5 hours.

After 24hours, we checked that there was no improvement in the fridge and the same issue persisted. We contacted Bengal Home services, but they were not quick to respond as earlier. They sent the technician again only after 4 days, and he could not figure out what the issue was. He said that a senior technician would be sent the next day to examine the issue.

It has been 5 days since, and the senior technician has not arrived. We have been following up everyday but they have been dodging us with excuses like technician is absent, does not have time or will come the next day. Now, they have stopped responding to our calls and do not plan to reimburse even though there was no improvement in the fridge.

Request you to please take this complaint and expose these fraud service providers.
