My TV was not working. It is a box TV. According to that fraud company they are saying it's circuit board is damaged. They charged 3099/- They took 399/- visiting charge + 2700/- for repair. The mechanic took our circuit board and making excuses to come. After some days the mechanic came and repaired the TV but just after 2 days it stopped to work. According to their bill they have warranty on mechanic parts of 30 days. We did not call them....

For my Eurodemo Chimney PCB repair they quote me Rs.4500/ and for new PCB Rs.9000/- where as my Chimney itself cost 10000/-
I did not take service from them and paid only the inspection charge.
Later from authorized service center the PCB gets repaired for Rs.2100/- only

This is to inform you that few weeks ago one of the technician repaired my oven in which he has attached duplicate Samsung parts. After few days of Repair I have face the same issue now when I am contacting Bengal home services back they are saying we cannot help....

Very poor quality of service. Unprofessional service people, who lack proper knowledge of their work. Our perfectly run air-conditioner was damaged while servicing by them. They also charge for absolutely unnecessary reasons and don't own up the damages they have caused. Would advice people to not consult them for servicing your electronics....

I booked for a washing machine repair. Bengal Home Services billed Rs.300 for visiting and Rs.7, 700 for parts change, after repair within 2 weeks the washing machine started to show problems, now the company and the technician keeps on harrasing.

I booked a complaint by searching lg customer care number n call directly sent to bengal home services n i book a appointment for my lg washing machine they charge 2100 for double inlet valve which is available in amazon just for rs 850 n wen i contacted with customer care they are like its not are matter. Bengal Home Services is a scam; I had booked a servicing from Godrej for my Godrej AC through Godrej call center number and they sent 2 servicing people from Bengal Home Services on 11 June 2022 who gave an estimate of Rs 3050 for servicing, took an advance and said would come the next day but they cancelled the servicing and did not refund the advance; did not provide the service. Complete scam and cheat company....

The Service Agency is a big time fraud. The service personnel came 3 times and approximately charged 7000 in 3 weeks saying that some parts have to be changed. For all the parts he gave 3 months warranty. Yesterday also we called him as we were facing cooling issues. He is neither answering calls nor is he willing to give us any services.
