A service of our Samsung Microwave was done in the month of July then within one month in the mid of August the same problem of the microwave happened and then we made a repeat complaint to Bengal Home Services. The complaint was done on 14th of August, till date no one came for the servicing and are going on giving excuses. Even the technician is not receiving calls and if answered giving excuses. We are not sure as to might be they have provided us with bad parts and so the microwave again got damaged. Know they are not bothered to repair it or give a service
