I booked for a washing machine repair. Bengal Home Services billed Rs.300 for visiting and Rs.7, 700 for parts change, after repair within 2 weeks the washing machine started to show problems, now the company and the technician keeps on harrasing.
Words of customer care - We have alloted technician and will reach today only.
Words of technician - I am busy today, will reach tomorrow at the 1st hour.
And this procedure continues for days, and the work keeps pending, because the money is already taken from the customer.
