Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation [bmrcl] — Behavioural issue of metro employee and Not providing resolution for the problem

I was not able to get though the gates even though I had enough balance in my card, when enquired they informed us that we did not exit in stop.
How come this is even possible, how can someone exit the metro without the amount deduction, if it’s not deducted how can we even come out of metro.

The employee sitting in Vijayanagar metro is so irresponsible and I does not even respond properly.
