When I went to recharge my card at wajrahalli metro station this morning the young woman in customer care said that I can recharge at the ticket counter and behaved rudely saying that that is not possible to recharge here. When the security guard who was there again asked the name of the young woman he said that the young woman name was Ramya.
The young woman does not now how to talk to the customer please request them to the appropriate action.
They see the customer as their family members.
