Dear Sir/mam, With respect to the recharge of the smart metro card, when we do top-up through Namma metro app, upon successful payment of transaction it only says it takes max 7 days to reflect the amount and transaction shows under Success tab, but no where I see mentioning its usable only after 1 hour of top-up, if your system takes 1 hour to process such a small transaction at least until then the transaction status should show under In-Progress tab. Considering your slow processing time of 1 hour at least at the service desk of every metro station upon showing our online payment made in app Can't they update our card with respective top -up amount and why is it so that recharge made at service desk has no waiting time of 1 hour and waiting time for top up made though app aren't those the same servers/ payment gateway ? Further, why there isn't a provision to make the payment through cash at service desk considering the people who don't use card always ? With card processing time of 1 hour, and mandate to make payment only through card at service desk, somewhat I feel the process is not efficiently managed and people are facing issue due to same.
