Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation [bmrcl] — Covid safety breach by security

I travel daily to office by metro from Jayanagar to Sandal soap factory station. I daily take the 7:33 am train. The male security guard at the baggage counter daily checks me with a hand held metal detector by touching me with it which is a clear breach of zero contact policy for Covid 19 prevention. The security is supposed to use the metal detector without making any contact with the passengers. I tried to explain this to him but he only knew hindi and could not understand Kannada as he was not well educated. Kindly take necessary action.
