Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation [bmrcl] — I'm complaining about the staff not letting me take live aquarium fish I bought from shop

The security in baiyapanahalli metro station didn't let me take live aquarium fish packet which was double sealed in the train. I asked to speak to the manager and they were useless. They were instead playing with the fish. Please look into the matter as I don't see any reason I wasn't let to travel.
