I have done the online recharge of Rs.50/- on 11/10/2020 at timings 16.55.30.
After that i couldn't travel within 7 days, i tried to travel 8th day.
But the amount was not got credited to card.
Thereafter I have repeatedly visited several times in my nearest Metro station Visweshwaraiah station (near Mysore Bank). They always telling that server down.
Later on 23/12/2020 visited Deepanjali Metro station and they are telling it is crossed 60 days and not able to recharge. And also refused take written complaint regarding the same and asked to lodge the complaint in www.travedesk.com.
But i have writterned mail to BMRL they given the same reason and not giving the solution.
I request either they have to refund the amount or Recharge.
