A QR ticket was purchased through Namma Metro App. The Metro gate at Vijayanagar failed to scan the same, the staff was rude & irresponsible stating that they cannot help & instead I should contact BMRCL as if they don't represent BMRCL. I had to buy a physical token/ticket as I was in a hurry to catch a train. My QR ticket money went waste. Request refund of the said amount to the source.
