Everytime when we board the metro through Vajarahalli Station, it is seen that your security person assigned to check with hand held metal detector is hitting with the monitor at numerous places in body. This is not Acceptable and we have gently requested your personnel not to hit with the monitor. Since your Security personnel do not listen to customers and continuing this bad practice, you are requested to instruct your Security suitably. Awaiting your immediate response.
