Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation [bmrcl] — Smart card recharge delay

I had recharged my smart card before 8 days from today the smart card has not been top-uped until today.
When asked about the problem at the station the bmrcl employees where not responding in a good manner and they don't even know what is to be done when a problem like this arises so please hire some employees who know something about technical issues.
