Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation [bmrcl] — Top Up not reflected on card even after 7 days

I have recharged ₹500 for my metro card online at webtopup.bmrc.co.in on 14th February 2021 and have been using my metro card regularly. Till today my money hasn't been added to my card and have not been refunded my money as well. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
