On 23/10/2020 rain is continuously falling from afternoon to night so more people decided to travel through metro in banglore,
when passengers who have less than minimum balance going to recharge their metro cards the ticket issuer denied to give ticket or recharging card through money, instead he said recharge by downloading namma metro app and and recharge through so,
even after paying so.
my complaint is
1.they not informed clearly about recharge only through' mamma metro app' otherwise you are not eligible to get ticket its sudden implementation lot of people who in hurry to go home face a problem.
2.its kind of denied/ delayed service even paying the amount
