Hi Team,
This is to inform you that I faced a very unprofessional behaviour with one of the staff in Peenya Metro station named thriveni.
I had my online recharge done on[protected] around 10:30AM in Google pay and the amount is deducted. But it didn't reflect even after 2 hrs. Hence no checked with staff they said there is some server issue and will reflect on[protected]. But when I checked today again. It did not reflect. Hence I approached the staff for my issue. She was not polite and rude while responding to my questions
Also she asked me to log a online complaint. Only when I asked to call her manager she gave me the book to log a complaint.
I feel they are too lazy to answer the quires and work. We being a passengers will not have time to all these dramas while travelling. Please educate them on how to respond to the customers and resolve my issue ASAP..
