[Resolved] Benq — Replacement not Done after commitment | |||
Dear Sir We had perched the monitor of benq company product last two years ago, three time complain in product after purchasing. last year company replaced my product due to non repairable October last year after three month same issue created in product and we have complain registered in call center([protected]) my complain no is R[protected], after complain registered engg visited at my palace and he check and rectify the issue of product he said that it is problem created by voltage fluctuation this product you don't worry your product has replaced and he also mention in work job sheet line on screen after two or three days mr Ram kumar was calling to me and said that your product are physically damaged so i can't do any support after two day my product received by service engg. now my complain are still pending and no solution provide by company side. Note:- sir i am just saying that why Eng are not mention in work job sheet it is physically damaged he is only mention is line of screen due to voltage fluctuation. Please find the enclosed file(work job sheet attachment). we have facing lots of problem without my monitor.i reuest to you please resolve my problem ASAP !! i was never accepted from benq company for this type of service at patna branch...
