There are couple of dead pixels which have appeared on the LCD, applied for RMA and the Benq technician called and asked me to send a video of the dead pixel. Sent him the video and he says it is dust, what a joke. I told him I can clearly see it's not dust but dead pixel but he kept on insisting that it is dust. Then after he said even if it's dead pixels RMA is not possible as Benq's RMA policy for dead pixel on lcd monitor is only for 90 days which is again bigger joke. Why is Benq even making monitors when they themselves aren't sure that their lcd panels will not last longer than 90 days. This 90 days dead pixel on lcd policy from Benq is just to scam and loot the customers and deny the RMA. Guys never ever purchase any Benq product, their technicians have very high ego's and talk to the customers rudely, his name is Madan Kumar and the number from which he called is [protected]. I told the technician that I will make a video about all this fuss and upload on youtube and the technician is like ok go ahead and do it. This was absolutely most unpleasant experience. Benq is a company which always finds an excuse to deny RMA and they trained their technicians to give any stupid/silly reasons to the customers to deny the RMA.

    The service engineer visited on 4th Sep 2023, observed the problem as "Unit has HDMI Port and TYPE-C POrt flickering issue", and suggested action is "need to replace IF board".

    since then, I have made numerous follow-up calls with customers, and on their suggestion, contacted their manager (Mr, Raj Kumar ([protected])), but the fix has been provided so far.

      After 2 years of my benq monitor 27 (model ID : EW2780Q) the both speaker gets a cracking sound and get really damaged. It come up with 3 years warrenty. So I contacted the customer support team and they send a technician to check it and pick it up to there repairing center they said that it will take a week(Date[protected]. After week i contacted them and they said that monitor speaker is damaged so, they ordered the speaker. After some days i contacted them again and ask for the progress and they told that they did not get i speaker they order and ask me to contact with the customer support team and after i call them they gave me another number and told me to call him. I called him and he said that he will give an update after 2 days( He didn't), So i call him again and ask him about it. Now he is saying that the speaker have to come from the taiwan. And it will take 1 week more. I dont think it will get it in 1 week. It being 18 days after they pick the monitor. They dont even send any mail regarging with this issue. The worst customer service.

        The sleep mode on this monitor is terrible. It goes into this mode if I am not using my computer after about 1 minute. I have to literally turn off the monitor and turn it back on and wait for it to go through it's turn on process. I am a business owner and cannot afford this kind of time just to use my computer. I checked the settings and there is nowhere I can turn off the sleep mode and I set it for longer time but that aspect does not work obviously. I will not recommend this product ever.

          BenQ monitor not working

          Hi Team,

          I have recently purchased BenQ 27 inch monitor from Amazon India website after 10 days it stopped working. I have raised a complaint R[protected].
          Now BenQ customer support team says warranty not covered to display screen. I was shocked as display screen is the costly item and they are not covering as part of warranty. It has 36 months of warranty....

          I have purchased a benq monitor and it has dead pixels in it . It is under warranty and they are not agreeing to fix that. When I look at their website they are saying that they will cover it in warranty.

            My BenQ monitor (GW2480) had started to show display issues such as discoloration and light leaking. I had requested for the monitor replacement as it's under warranty.

            The request was accepted and I received the confirmation mails for the same. The service center guys called me and asked me to forward the monitor pictures and videos. I did the same. They assured me that the monitor will be replaced shortly.

            The request was placed on July 2021 and since now, no replacement is made. Whenever I made a contact with them, they say that the monitor has not arrived.

            I'm doing work from home and the monitor is almost in an unusable state now. Please resolve this ASAP.

            I am facing the exact same issue with the same monitor model from Benq. My replacement under warranty request was accepted but the company has not shipped the monitor for over 1 month. I also filled a complaint on the consumer forum. The company replied to the officer that they are shipping my monitor soon but they didn't send it yet. It's pathetic.               After Sales Service - Horrible - Stay Away

              STAY AWAY from BenQ if you're in India.

              I'm writing this to let share my experience as a new CUSTOMER.
              TLDR; The fact that it's been 33 days and that NO ONE CONTACTED ME EVEN ONCE from the Service Centre or CUSTOMER Care speaks volumes about the people who run the company here in India.                 Hello,

                I'm from kerala and im owning a photography studio business for a very long time. The issue here is, i have been using benq monitor serial no. Etr4h0046901q for the past 20 months without any issue. The reason i chose benq over other brands due to its auto color calibration feature. But on 04.09.2019 morning while i was working in my studio for one of my customers the monitor got switched off suddenly and i had no clue what was wrong. Initially, i thought it might be caused due to some loose connection and i tried to plug and unplug the wires and tried but nothing worked out. I had to send back the customer and i registered a complaint with benq (R[protected]. One local service agent from wega electronics, palakkad (Not sure whether he has knowledge in servicing computer hardware) came to my studio a day after and picked up the monitor. And, after 10 days only i got proper response from them saying that the board inside the monitor is repaired so they need to replace it. Yesterday (12.09.2019) he came with my monitor and said that he replaced it with new board so it must be working fine. But after he gone, when i switched on the monitor and started working (I was in urgent because lots of my works got piled up in these 10 days) and the same thing happened, that is, the monitor was switched off in 40 mins and after that it didn't on till now.!!!..
                I really do not understand what kinda service benq provided to me.!. Now my business is again affected and benq should take the full responsibility of it.!. I'm really fed up with your service and i need a immediate replacement for my monitor within 24hrs of time. I do not want it to be repaired again by your useless service persons and loose my business again.!!!.."i can't live in fear of when will the monitor gonna switch off again".!. How come you be so careless while providing service to your customers??? Please listen carefully, if i do not get a replacement monitor in 24 hrs these are the next steps im gonna take without any hesitation, 1). I will register a complaint in online consumer forum, 2). I will register a complaint in my akpa association, photography clubs especially will forward the issue to the "press club", 3). I will copy-paste the same mail in all social media platforms so that the world should know the quality of benq products and your services. Even after these 3 steps if i couldn't get the replacement then i will file a case against benq because this thing has 3 years warranty and i have enough proof with myself.!.                   I am yash sadhukhan, bought a monitor named benq zowie xl2546 240hz on december 20th 2018 from www.mdcomputers.in in kolkata.

                  The product details is attached with this email as an image named “monitor. Jpg”.

                  The monitor was stable on 144hz but was totally unstable (Becoming white screen certainly) at 240hz from the date of buy. I launched a complain to benq at that moment, but they made the complaint as pending due to unstable behaviour of the fault.

                  But, on 8th of march 2019, the monitor screen became full white in 144hz also, and i launched another complain to benq.

                  On 12th march 2019, a technician from f1-info solutions & services pvt. Ltd. Visited to see the monitor.

                  The technician was continuously confusing between screen resolution and screen refresh rate. : (

                  I am very disappointed and really worried about the further informations regarding my replacement of the faulted monitor.
                  This is because i have no information or no conformational messages from anyone regarding my replacement.

                  Today is 21st march 2019, 13 days expired from my complaint day, but i still didn’t get any result or information.

                  I would, therefore request to benq customer care service to please look after this complaint as soon as possible.

                    I had complain in service station and give tv for ten days thay are askind for rs.37000 (thirty seven thousand) I had confirm at gudgav head office.thay are asking scrap off tv and advice to buy new one. then I had called local repaired person and job done in 2500 rs . benq people had worst service till date I had experienced.

                      I bought a monitor on 5/10/2011. Till last month I didn't faced an issue, however recently I noticed there is a dark patch appearing on the bottom of the screen. Also, I noticed there are number of vertical lines are appearing as well.                         We had perched the monitor of benq company product last two years ago, three time complain in product after purchasing. last year company replaced my product due to non repairable October last year after three month same issue created in product and we have complain registered in call center([protected]) my complain no is R[protected], after complain registered engg visited at my palace and he check and rectify the issue of product he said that it is problem created by voltage fluctuation this product you don't worry your product has replaced and he also mention in work job sheet line on screen after two or three days mr Ram kumar was calling to me and said that your product are physically damaged so i can't do any support after two day my product received by service engg. now my complain are still pending and no solution provide by company side.

                        Note:- sir i am just saying that why Eng are not mention in work job sheet it is physically damaged he is only mention is line of screen due to voltage fluctuation. Please find the enclosed file(work job sheet attachment). we have facing lots of problem without my monitor.i reuest to you please resolve my problem ASAP !! i was never accepted from benq company for this type of service at patna branch...

                          BENQ Monitor display faulty

                          I purchased a BENQ LED monitor V2410 less than 4 months and found that the display was faulty i.e. the screen was yellowish. I called their customer service and they sent a technician who after checking changed the main board but the problem persisted.I called again and the same technician came on 1st August and after initially not accepting the problem agreed that the panel would need to be replaced and the same would be done within 10-12...

                          i bought a benq L.E.D 16" (serial number - ETHSA2002019 ) from K.C computers ludhiana !5-A,gurmahar complex , near avatar sweets model gram , ludhiana(punjab) .
                          when i open its packing and try to start it on my c.p.u , there comes red spot in centre of it , on 17/11/2010 i registered its complaint with k.c computers (job work no. 1844 ) & they keep it and said within 1-2 days i will get replaced new piece but till now i didnt get it . please help me .

                            Sir/Madam,
                            I purchased Benq projector on 22/09/2009, right from day one the image formed by the projector was blurred and not in scale i.e. not rectangular after around one month the projector stopped working, i registered the complaint on[protected] complaint no. R[protected], then Mr. Vikrant came from local service centre took the projector along with him and returned in around in 15 days, he repaired/change the power supply but the first two problems remained as it is moreover its remote stopped functioning, Mr Vikrant said that the defect is major projector need to be replaced, he also said that he had sent the request to the company for change of projector but till date the projector has not been replaced. I made number of phone calls on helpline number and local service centre, but I never got satisfactory response, once again I registered the complaint on 16/1/2010 wide no. R[protected] to Ms. Rashmi on helpline number, which was never attended, I kept on making phonecalls to local sevice centre, helpline no. [protected] moreover I called the headoffice also but all efforts in vain, they registered one more complint on 11/02/2010 wide no. R[protected]Ms. Pooja on Helpline No.) still it has not been attended. I'm being harrased from last four months, Kindly do the needful.
                            I also want to bring to your notice that warrenty of the lens of the projector is 6 months which will be over next month and I hardly used my projector for one month, can the warrenty also be extended? I will be greatful to you If you can do something in this case.

                              I had a very tough time in getting my benq laptop repaired.
                              I bought it from China, unaware that there is very poor or no service available in India.
                              Your nearby service centre guy will refuse to repair it, you wont find any good part available.
                              e.g my cd reader is not working, I was asking for a replacement, No one in bangalore could do it.

                              Any way coming to main point, guys there is only one service centre in bangalore. i.e authorised to neoteric Information pvt. Ltd. that too this guys are very rude, basically they have no interest in entertaining individual. they are very busy with lots of other work, mainly dealing with corporates. so no time.

                              That too their office hour is like an govt organisation 10 to 5 monday-to Friday. they will not even wait for 5 min.

                              I have given my laptop to repair, they have not even opened for a month. I keep calling them almost daily. at last he got fed up with me and told that the mother board might be damaged.
                              All this he said without touching the laptop. I softly suggested him to check some more stuff. may be an issue with RAM. then he tried out said, actually yes the RAM is not working.
                              that's it, come and collect your laptop. we are done. we will not replace your RAM. that you have to do on your own..
                              that's all and the charge was 1500Rs.
                              that too initially they said the charge will be around 1000 Rs.
                              we got little angry, that's it. he finally said I have only 5 min.
                              to decide whether I want my laptop or not. either pay 1500 or leave this place. as the time is already 5.

                              Please guys dont make the same mistake that I made. Dont buy benq laptop/or dont ever go to the service centre at this location

                              Kabeer is my name n i'm a student.. Well not much of a writer so just wanted to say that BENQ is the most irritating thing that happened to me n no doubt about this.Well my mistake my Dad got duped in buying Benq R43 notebook..its not even a year and this Crappy excuse for a Laptop starts giving problems.. First the Cd Rom wont work.. then battery cuz without the AC power it only works for 5 min..
                              Gave my laptop to a Authorized Service Center for change of the DVD/R cuz its still under warranty .. Keeps it for Two days said he needs to get it from Dubai.. i wait day 3 i call he says he will give to me by 9pm.. I go n this sorry SOB tells me that it was just dust..told him again that DVD is messed up.. But nope he aint gonna listen will he..that is my story.. Just want to say that one thing thats gonna be on my not to buy list is anything with the name Tag BENQ.. Buy Asus..Acer..HP even..But not this load of Crap
                              I have purchased your BENQ TV SE2231AND THE RESOLUTION IS SO DULL COMPARE TO NORMAL TV THAT I AM FEELING LIKE I AM WATCHING A TV WHICH IS 30 YEARS OLD TV WITHOUT CALRITY. AND TECHNICIAN CAME AND JUST ADJUST THE COLOR SETTINGS STILL OF NO USE.
