My BenQ monitor stopped working since it was under warranty period, I registered a complaint on customer care on 6th August 2021. They asked me to bring the monitor to Rewa service center. I handed over my monitor to Rewa service center on 7th August 2021. more than 30 days have passed but still, they have neither repaired my monitor nor provided me a replacement. I called BenQ Customer Care several times, they said they will provide me a replacement but they don't have the same model in stock so they are delaying the delivery of the monitor. It has been over a month/more than 40 days after complain registration.And now neither servicemen nor F1 infotech solutions (kolkata service centre) takes any call. This is only the fault of service men. No discipline of them making nothing but drainage of their company money/fund. Whatever this is my personal experience of BenQ service and the monitor is still black.
