Good day, i bought two cartons of Benson and Hedges Special Red from our local Pick n Pay. In every single box i open i find at least ONE (sometimes more) cigarettes that are defective, the problem being that the "sticker" around the filter and bottom of the smoke is folded, thus leaving a gap open between the filter and the tobacco, and this in turn causes all the air to escape through there which makes you not able to smoke them. I have attached pictures to show the defect on one of the smokes from my latest box... I would've been fine if it was only one or two of the smokes but there has been one or two in every box in the carton so far Was this information helpful? |
