Cigarette felt hard so I pulled it apart and found what looks like cardboard inside the cigarette which is not what I expect to find inside my cigarette.

Over the last two months I have had trouble purchasing New Superkings green from Tesco. Last week I ordered 10 packets but only received 6. The 6 packets were not New Superkings green but were Superkings green. I was told that when they scan the bar code of Superking Green it says they are New Superking Green. Looking at both packets I can see that the bar codes on the packets are the same[protected]. Why is this? Since being unable to purchase menthol cigarettes I found that New Superkings Green are the best alternatives. If Tesco are buying the product by your bar code how do they know which one they will get?

I buy my b&h blue from tesco supermarket and i have used different stores and i have the same problem, the lighted ends keep falling off, which is highly dangerous ; please look into this before someone gets badly burnt. Caroline gervaise-brazier

I have found a large amount of cardboard in my cigarette, this is unacceptable I want to smoke tobacco not card board rip offs

I purchased 20 fags bnh super king blue dual from the local shop and they have (some) have holes in I have paid £8.90 and am disappointment I have been smoking these fags for 3/4 years and never come across this where you take a pull and smoke is coming out the hole and not getting a pull properly needing another fag straight away

I, Venkateshwara Rao, is a regular user of your B & H cigarette for the past so many decades. I live in Hyderabad city, India. I always gets minimum of 8 Months old stock. New stock never gets sold in this city. The tastes is very bad
in such packets. Here the Distributors keep saying the new stock would come at
any time but it never happens.Request you to take note of this and do the needful immediately.

I have brought a packet of b and h blue dual superkings and 8 of the ciggarettes are faulty as the filter wrapper is not sealed leaving a big gap so cant get a drag from them. I am not happy that this product has obviously not been quality tested and been as im paying over £8 a pack this is not acceptable. Could you please get back to me with a resolution to this please?

I brought a pack of 20 b&h blue, first three fags i smoked tasted horrible, like herbs! Left a disgusting herby/purfumey taste in my mouth and burnt funnily (Burnt more down one side and then unburnt chunks where falling out). If the fourth one i smoke tastes the same ill never be buying these again, i've been smoking b&h for a long time now what is this??? The cost of cigarettes these days, you would expect to actually get tabacco in them!!!

I bought a pack of 20fags today this evening when i was at a friends house i got a fag out to then see hairs hanging out the top in which i pulled several hairs from it then found a grey hairball halfway through the fag itself. This is disgusting i was lucky to see it before lighting it.

I bought 20 b&h superkings sky blue.
Upon opening the pack i saw the packet wasnt full. When i counted the cigs there was only 18 in the packet! I have found this before a few times but now i've had enough! Either cigs missing or the tobacco has long branches in it! No longer a happy customer of yours and seriously thinking about switching to l&b.

Hi iv smoked benson and hedges cigarettes for a very long time even though the price has gone so high iv just brought a 200 carton and to my discust every cigarette in the box has no menthol filter in to click which has peed me off as I only like menthol Hense why I buy them then to top it up when smoking them they all have large stick like bits of tobacco in which made it difficult to get a lug out of I don't earn enough money to pay out for something what is exspensive and not smoke able please let me no what is going to be done about this many thanks Amanda hurlock [protected]@mail.com

Hi I purchased 40 cigarettes of B&H super kings dual my cigarettes for the week and on opening them I have found one packet to have 17 and the other to have 18 and most of the second packet wouldn't click when pressed for the dual.
I understand mistakes can be made during process but for the price I now have to pay I would appreciate I get what I pay for please.

This isn't the first time i have had to complain about your cigs. The first time was about gaps of missing tobacco in some of the cigs. You have now rectified this by putting in some bits of twigs/sticks instead. (Three cigs from the same batch of 200, so far) if i want to smoke twigs/sticks i will get them from the garden and it wont cost me a penny. You are breaking the law by selling faulty goods. Printed on the packet is 20 cigarettes. It doesn't say anything about twigs/sticks. This is totally unacceptable. You are a big company making yearly profits. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Hi i opened my box of fags and the paper has pretty much peeled off the filter. It's not the first time i have had a box i have had with this problem it's happened a couple of times now so i thought this time i would send a email to see if anything can be done about this issue that's seems to be happening just lately would be great if you could email me back please ☺️ thank you.

Can you please tell me what is this stuff in my filter tip as it looks like mould to me, my cigerrete have been snapping of from the filter tip part, which made me realise there is black stuff in the actual filter and i wanna know what this is as these cigerrettes have been affecting my throat and lots of coughing, unlike my usual tobbaco that i smoke. Please can you look in to this for me.

Hi, i purchased a pack of your cigarettes today and like many times as soon as i got a third of the way down it seemed as if there was something stopping me getting a normal pull off the cigarette. Normal once in a while. But i have now tried to smoke 10 of them and they are all the same. For over 10 euro, this is the only reason i am complaining. For something that is supposed to be tested there is clearly something wrong with this packet or batch.

Very Dear Sir/Madam,

not ever complained before, I feel that the time has come due to the amount of times I open a packet of cigarettes and cannot smoke some of them. The cost of the same is high and I feel quite concerned.

I have photograph's of the same had evidence! N.B. Your site will not accept the photo due to size, which I find strange!

Good day, i bought two cartons of Benson and Hedges Special Red from our local Pick n Pay. In every single box i open i find at least ONE (sometimes more) cigarettes that are defective, the problem being that the "sticker" around the filter and bottom of the smoke is folded, thus leaving a gap open between the filter and the tobacco, and this in turn causes all the air to escape through there which makes you not able to smoke them. 3/6/15 Dear sir/madam I bought a carton of cigarettes that were Benson and hedges gold and a certain amount of the cigarettes had no tobacco in them. I am a regular smoker of Benson and I hope my problem can be rectified asap. as I paid €100.50 on the cigarette's if this is not rectified I will be bringing this further. First it's is becoming expensive and secondly the taste and the smoke is geting bad thirdly the cigerate keeps going out. I[censored] open one of the cigerate you will see twigs like tree branches. I know it's bad for your health but come on i[censored]r paying like £8.80 for a pack of 20 you at least want to enjoy it not sag about it. I've taken pictures while I was smoking of the cigerate it looks like a bomb explode in there lol but still not happy about it n specially while paying £8.80

I wish to complain about a cigarette i recieved in a box of benson and hedges. It has got pink going through it with extra paper on another part. I am not happy with this product and will send it to you by mail when you reply, the price of cigarettes I would exspect them to be in good condition.
