Being an experienced candidate I wanted to get better job with good package as i have lots of famiy commitments, so I opted for WORKDAY HCM From Besant Technologies. I have made payment on 4th May 2022 for Workday HCM Rs. 30.000/- to their BDreamz global solutions, HDFC Bank account.
From the beginning I was in touch with Karthick from Besant Technologies, Mobile: [protected].
From the start I've been looking only for one on one evening weekday classes. Karthick has agreed for the same before the payment.
After the payment, he started saying no trainers available for the evening classes. I have been requesting him to schedule evening classes. But he kept on saying the same and stopped responding to my calls and messages properly. Everytime I call/message him he keeps on giving multiple reasons like traveling, in a meeting, not reached office yet etc.
I have made multiple calls to your company contact numbers, but everyone seems lousy and irresponsible. Didn't expect this kind of behaviour from your company and highly disappointed.
As discussed with Mr. Vijay the Senior Manager I'm have sent multiple mail. Asked for refund.
