This company is masquerading as packers and movers and falsely implying to customers that they belong to agarwal packers and movers group.

Whereas in reality they book household goods as any other goods in transport and at the destination city a local cheap transporter receives the goods and keeps it in bad condition in his godown and treats all the expensive household goods like any other goods.

In my case my goods which were booked on 8th mar'18 from mumbai to coimbatore and which reached coimbatore on 14th mar'18 were held by local transporter in coimbatore for three days, when i refused to heed to his demand to pay him for transporting to my house and for delivering to my house.

I told him that i have already paid best agarwal packers and movers for door to door delivery and unpacking. He did not agree and threatening told me to go wherever we can go to get the goods. Then self went in search of my goods in transport hub and managed to luckily trace the local transporter, sai transport co. The goods were kept in shoddy condition. Then i realized that if i waited any further all the goods will be damaged so in order to take custody of the goods i offered to heed to their demand of paying for tempo and labour and they agreed to send. All the time best agarwal staff of shekawat in vikhroli, mumbai office and satish (Who took the money in advance) did not even bother to know where the goods were. After i took custody f goods when i called them that why they took charges of 47000 for packers and movers service when they had adopted cheap transport facility for sensitive household goods, they responded that aapko samaan to mil gaya hain na. After that they did not pick up phone. I want to highlight and warn other customers like me to fall in this trap of best agarwal packers and movers and stop them from doing business of packers and movers when they are actually simple cheap transporters.
