Before the payment was made, the representative was very polite, called me regularly, and assured me that my bike would be delivered in Hyderabad by 1 July. Based on these assurances, I made the full payment, including GST.

All our very valuable crockery arrived broken. Their packaging was very sub-standard. Inspite of taking hefty tips, the packers did a pathetic job.
They did not sue bubble wrap at all. They just used a thin plastic like film which did not provide enough protection. As a result, we lost our very precious imported souvenirs, crockery and glass frames.

Not only their packing but also their delivery team is very lousy....

I had shifted my goods from Chennai to Bangalore on 3rd Apr. During the day of shifting the packing team committed to arrive at 9am, but reached at 1pm.
After packaging they demanded Extra money of 3, 000/- to transit the goods.
Once after unloaded at Bangalore different set of people came to unload & demanded for extra 4000/- Rs.

I am waiting my consignment delivery to chakia bihar booked from vijaywada on 10 november. I got call from agarwal pakers on 18/11/2024 that my consignemnt has reached patna city mentioning that I need to pay the rest amount and then it will be get delivered to the respective address that is chakia town of bihar. I have paid the rest amout on 22/11/2024. Since then I am waiting for the delivery and aggarwal pakers are not receiving my calls...

My personal items were packed in naigao east last evening and were delivered to Vapi today morning. The final location of the unpacking is SILVASSA.

The transporter who carried my belongings reached Vapi quite early and was in touch with me since 9:30 AM today morning.

There was no coordination between Mumbai and Vapi as alleged by Mr. Gaurav Pandey and apparently Vapi office was not informed about the vehicle...

On 24th Aug 2023, I booked Agarwal packers and movers for movement of my household items from Noida to Delhi against the booking ID CFRNOIDA[protected]. The movement date was 29th Aug. To confirm the booking, I made an advance payment of rupees 1650. Next day itself on 25th Aug (4 days before the movement date) I cancelled the booking and still I haven’t received my refund of 1650rs yet. My car was delivered from Kolkata to Bangalore. After the delivery, my car was filled with scratches, in almost every panel and was covered in dirt. My mudflap near rear left tyre was also broken. I paid transit risk fee of INR 3033/- and the Claims department of Bangalore is willing to offer only INR 5000/- which wouldn't be sufficient in recovering the cost required to repair the scratches.
