Fraudulent behaviour of team and no response for grievance

I am complaining about my consignment delivery from agarwal packers and movers

I am waiting my consignment delivery to chakia bihar booked from vijaywada on 10 november. I got call from agarwal pakers on 18/11/2024 that my consignemnt has reached patna city mentioning that I need to pay the rest amount and then it will be get delivered to the respective address that is chakia town of bihar. Missing of box containing several items.

Sir/Madam I have booked my consignment for shifting house hold goods through Agrawal Packers & Movers, DRS Dilip Road Lines Ltd. from Patna to Kolkata on 03.04.2023 and they have picked up house hold goods on 04.04.2023. one bag missing & since 50 days no resolution

One Trolley bag(which has certificates & decent costly clothes) is missing from the consignment that was delivered by the APML team on 6th April 2024. on the time of delivery it was informed- APML manager said he would get the bag in a weeks time.
Been 50days+ yet the team is not able to give a resolution.

Sir

I made a booking for Domestic transfer from Mysore to Chennai on Agarwal packers and movers. I received a Quotation from their employee on 18.04.2024 vide CFR no-CFRMYS[protected].
And as per his advice i have paid an amount of Rs 1500/- towards my booking confirmation vide money reciept ARVKA[protected] dated 18.04.2024.

But, due to a change of plans I had to cancel my booking and mailed to [protected]@agarwalpackers.com the same day and requested for the refund. As per your policy, I was eligible for a refund of 90% of the amount paid for booking as the packing date is 2 days away i.e., 20.04.2024.

Now after, 3 followup mails and 1 week later i still have no confirmation on the booking cancellation nor any refund was initiated. their customer care service is the worst i have seen, they act so fast for booking and payment from the customer but they avoid calls when it comes to cancellation and refund.
I request you to kindly help me out on this cancellation and refund of the booking amount

    I have booked Agarwal Packer on 20th Mar'24 and paid advance of 10 K for booking on 31st Mar 24. I called them on 30th Mar'24 after not getting any response. There was no response from customer care. On 31st Mar'24 they then 2 people to pack 2 BHK house at 12 O Clock. Somehow, they started and at 6 pm i was surprised to know, they have not planned any Cube for me, which i booked earlier and also, they say not having truck to pick my luggage. When i sought ed and pleaded for 1 hour in customer care as next day i was having flight, they told they will pick my luggage with porter and shift in cube. Somehow luggage gone from society at 12 am in night. I reached hotel at 1 am for airport.

    Today is 3rd APr'24 and still material is lying at warehouse of Bangalore. Please let me know when it will be delivered to Noida?

    Going through worst experience of my life with Agarwal Packers and Movers. Very poor customer service. Do not believe their words. They dont care about your schedule. The pick up team led me to almost loose my journey...the delivery team is pathetic as well.

      Abusive threatening staff

      My personal items were packed in naigao east last evening and were delivered to Vapi today morning. The final location of the unpacking is SILVASSA.

      The transporter who carried my belongings reached Vapi quite early and was in touch with me since 9:30 AM today morning.

      There was no coordination between Mumbai and Vapi as alleged by Mr. Gaurav Pandey and apparently Vapi office was not informed about the vehicle...

      Household Goods Transfer not done as per commitment

      The house hold goods transferred from Kota (Rajasthan) to Kochi (Kerala) as per consignment no : GCKOTA[protected] dated 03/02/2024 by Agarwal Packers & Movers were not done as per commitment to the customer.

      1. The items received in damaged condition (Washing Machine, Flower Vask, Harmonium, AC Cupper pipe etc.)
      2. Installation and fittings were not done for Wooden Bed, Wardrobe & Dinning Steel Glass Table.

      As promised by your employee that you will provide 02-03 weeks’ time for delivery of my shipment from Trichy to Bhopal.

      I am writing to bring to your attention the concerning issue regarding the delivery of my consignment, which was booked from Trichy to Bhopal on 14.01.2024. No update is found for the APML tracking. Despite numerous attempts to follow up on the status of my consignment over the past 15 days, I have not received any satisfactory response from your team. I have diligently reached out to both your Bhopal team, particularly Shri Neelesh Mishra, , but unfortunately, my efforts have been met with either an unresponsive network or a lack of concrete information regarding the whereabouts of my shipment. Even my attempts to contact the Trichy team have yielded no assurance regarding the timely delivery of my consignment. I am continuously calling your people but neither your people are picking my phone and nor responding the same. It is disheartening to express that the delay in the delivery of my consignment has not only affected my personal commitments but has also caused significant disruptions to my family, particularly impacting my child's education.

      In frustration I complained the same to your customer care on[protected]. . Later rather than delivering shipment to my location as per promise, your firm is asking for penalty (storage charge) which is unethical and illegal.

      I have paid the full fare in the belief that you firm won’t cheat valuable customer. Not only this, I referred many of my friends also to arrange logistics with your company which is already known to your Trichy Team. I understand you very well respect the customer faith, trust which is the pillar for customer relationship & business. But now I realise that your firm is levying penalty (storage charge) on account of your people failure rather than my failure and delays.

      My all the household’s items are worth very valuable - Missing or damage of any items, your firm will be liable.

      Therefore, I earnestly request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to take swift action to ensure the prompt delivery of my consignment. I understand the importance of your commitment to customer satisfaction and trust that you will prioritize this issue accordingly. I kindly request you to provide me with a concrete update regarding the status of my consignment and a firm commitment on the expected delivery timeline.

      Your prompt action in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this regard. I look forward to a swift resolution to this issue.

        Complaint about unauthorised use and damage of my car

        I booked my household with Agarwal Packer & mover. During the movement, truck was got accident and my household item worth Rs 59000 got damage.
        I claimed to Packer & movers regarding damage of my insured housed hold items but they are offering me Rs 27000 only. They are deducting depreciation as per their choice, without giving clarification of calculation.
        Further, depreciation clause was not mentioned in their documents which was provided.

        I have shared the all photographs and invoice of damaged items which are available. Aggarwal Packers and movers team is offering about 50% of claim amount only. They are charging deprecation of 40% - 60% without giving any clarification. My damage items are only one year old, hence there depreciation calculation is not justified. Further, I have provided invoice of washing machine which is 2 year old but they charge 30% depreciation on that items. APML team is also calculating depreciation on kitchen items on which depreciation is not applicable.

          Paid advance amount not refunded

          On 24th Aug 2023, I booked Agarwal packers and movers for movement of my household items from Noida to Delhi against the booking ID CFRNOIDA[protected]. The movement date was 29th Aug. To confirm the booking, I made an advance payment of rupees 1650. Next day itself on 25th Aug (4 days before the movement date) I cancelled the booking and still I haven’t received my refund of 1650rs yet.           I booked APML service for shifting within Pune (CFR No. CFRPUN[protected]/1). I cancelled the booking 4 days in advance due to personal reason. I was thus eligible for 100% refund.

          At that time, I was told refund would be credited in 15 to 20 days. However, it's almost 40 days now. Even after a host of mails and calls to APML, the amount has not been credited yet. Doesn't look like it'll ever happen in future.

          In summary, I'll advise every Pune resident not to opt for APML. There are many reliable and professional packer and mover services available in Pune.

            I am Sunil Kumar with GC no 4826828. I am working as a faculty in Amity University Gwalior, MP. I am frustrated by choosing Aggarwal Packers and Movers for shifting my belongings from Dehradun to Gwalior.

              I had intimated them on 3rd July 2023 about cancelation of booking due to change in plan. As per the contract full money was to be refunded if it was intimated 4 days in advance, which I did.
              I had received several commitments from APML side over mail committing to refund the money the money.
              As per their last mail communication on 22nd July 2022, they informed that the refund will be provided in next 10 working days max.
              However as on today 9th September 2023 I haven't received the money.
              I've attached herewith the
              1) Quotation stating cancellation process 2) payment receipt 3) Booking confirmation receipt 4) Mail from APML side confirming the refund in 10 days from 22nd July 2023.
