My geyser broke down and started leaking on 5th Jan 2025. After multiple calls one person came and couldn't fix it and then left. After calling multiple times, he again came back to fix and then leaking started even more. Then in next visit he said geyser will be replaced and it will happen in 7-10 days. It is 23rd and I have no update on geyser. All the requests get closed without even giving the happy code. Called on customer care, they gave multiple numbers to call instead of resolving the issue. All the numbers they gave, some are not reachable and rest don't pick up the call. The service center number which is in service request message, that has no incoming. Their support email replied once and then stopped replying. Their twitter support took details, but did nothing. Worst support Was this information helpful? |
