My geyser broke down and started leaking on 5th Jan 2025. After multiple calls one person came and couldn't fix it and then left. After calling multiple times, he again came back to fix and then leaking started even more. Then in next visit he said geyser will be replaced and it will happen in 7-10 days. It is 23rd and I have no update on geyser. All the requests get closed without even giving the happy code. Called on customer care, they gave multiple numbers to call instead of resolving the issue. All the numbers they gave, some are not reachable and rest don't pick up the call. The service center number which is in service request message, that has no incoming. Their support email replied once and then stopped replying. Their twitter support took details, but did nothing. Worst support

    I purchased a Silent Pro remote fan long back. Couple of days back it stopped working and I raised a complaint with Crompton support chat. I gave full address and phone and all details as requested. I got an SMS as follows.
    Your Service Request No:[protected]/01 will be attended by LALITHA ELECTRONICS, Contact No.[protected] -Crompton

    Up to This it is happy story.

    After 2 days some one called me and said I am from Crompton. I felt happy and requested to come to home. He asked me about address. I said I gave my address in the service request. He said we don’t have all details and we will get only your name and number. This is a Suspecious call.
    Then I checked his number in true caller and his name was mention as pawan kalyan. I got doubt and asked his name. He said my name is Teja.
    I asked him why you mentioned your name as “pawan kalyan” he said that is my brother name. I got fully doubt about this candidate.

    I called Lalitha electronics guy and asked “did you sent any guy name Teja” he said yes, ok in that case could you please send him with all details include my address. Also send him with a Crompton ID. He said no ID will be there with rude and shouting voice.

    This how Crompton handle their customers.
    I purchased 4 Crompton silent pro fans because of the brand quality. Crompton does not have customer friendly environment and really use less support team.
    I wanted to raise this complaint to check their support team should provide with a trust worthy channel with proper ID card visit to customer site.

    Today I called again with customer care number and they generated one more service request and I received one more SMS as follows:
    Dear Customer, Your Unique Happy Code for Service Req [protected]/01 is xxxx .Share Happy Code to Technician only after Satisfactory completion. -Crompton

    This was happen at morning at 11:50 am.
    And in the evening I got one more SMS
    At 4:51 pm
    Your Service request No. [protected]/01 has been cancelled. In case you have not initiated the same, you may call on [protected] -Crompton.

    They close my complaint with out consulting me.

    I think there are some culprits who are damaging Crompton reputation by providing bad experience to Crompton customers.
    If Crompton realize this then it will sustain in the market else…

          As per instruction enrolled dated 2nd Feb, for geyser installation, which service request no [protected]/01, Contact no of Pankti Enterprise - [protected] got, but assigned guy didn't came, and today cancelled the service request . Today also called up again Crompton customer care and requested then got another service no [protected]/01, Contact no of Pankti Enterprise - [protected] got, but assigned guy didn't came, and forge, he updated to the Crompton company that installation has been done, while installation not done. Please look in to this and take action against this guy, because this type of incident effect Crompton company image .

            Bought crompron getser through Amazon. After 15days o[censored]se, its not working, so i complained to company, they sent electrician after 1week it got repaired instantly just within 20mins again not working, so i complained again, the electrician said the foil to be replaced I agreed for the replacement of foil inside, later after 20days he came and replaced it, immediately after going out, it's not working again. It's really too bad, waste of my time and money everytime

              SR no: [protected]/01.. I had registered a complaint of geyser not working.. crompton had sent a third party service provider agent (gurukripa) to fix the issue. the agent came and checked the geyser and said the tank inside the geyser is leaking and needs to be replaced. and ordering this new part will take 4 days... after 4 days i called and asked about the status.. girl from gurukripa said.. "part is not available and it will take some more time".. Again i called after four days and escalated the ticket.. they said some more time they need... finally again after four days today i again escalated the ticket and the girl from gurukripa said... part will come next week.. Now, to make sure I dont re-escalate the ticket.. they cancelled my ticket saying it was system's fault... what kind of service is this?

                We had purchased a fan of compton 4months back. It worked well and stopped rotating last night. From then its not working at all. We ensured all the power connections well and checked wire connections too but couldn't find fault. We have a warranty for 24 months. It's not been a year since we purchased. So we want you to approach us and get it repaired soon. Looking forward to you.

                  I am eventually loosing trust on crompton as service became worst. I am facing continuous problem from 25th april 2019 my first compalint number [protected] with continous follow up your company customer care number as given your website are[protected] and or your distributor name (M/s care n commit) address : gs1 india - august kranti bhavan, 2nd floor, 31-c, mohammad pur near, africa ave, bhikaji cama place, rama krishna puram, new delhi, delhi 110066 @ number [protected]

                  I have called so many times till date today[protected]. This is too much

                  I have submitted the service request on 25th april and there is no concrete response received from you after sending escalation email.

                  Sr no : [protected] is the service number and geyser is still under warranty with tank replacement policy for 5 yrs.

                  I'm requesting crompton for returning the same, but not agreeing and not providing any service. Its very pathetic part of their service after purchasing their product. I don't recommend the products of crompton for any known person in furture. Very worst service by crompton.

                    Sir I bought Crompton ceiling fan on 26 feb 10 now he became unserviceable . Fan not starting.continuously one sound coming.then I booked online complain on 02 jun 19 service request id [protected].and same information passed to customer care ho told within 48 hrs your problem will be resolved .
                    Sir still no action taken by customer care. Sir please do needful

                      My fan was rotating with making sound and i submitted a complaint poor service of local service center (Preet enterprises), they talked with bad manner with me, i have registered complaint on last 4th aug but again and again they speak lie and tell complete will be resolved like that, now 15 days had gone they didn't resolve my complaint, and today 19-aug one of executive they sent to my home to change the fan blade, he changed the blade but not no air is not coming out from the ceiling fan, at the same time i complaint to to dealer and said about it in front of crompton executive, he speak lie with dealer and said air coming out.in front of me he is speaking lie.
                      Now air is not coming out properly.

                      First time i brought crompton product and i am fedup with there poor service.

                      I am a digital advertiser, also will submit a feedback on another forum of the internet.
                      I have purchased this product in 2017 and i m having issues in the speed its rotating. when i try to contact custmer service centre.

                      There is no response.

                        One ceiling fan is working
                        The other one worked for 2 minutes then stopped working.

                          I am complaining about fan.in our new house, we have purchased an crompton fan due to it's good name in market. But after some days we came to know that in some fans there is some sound adversely affecting the room or surroundings. Some voice is coming out from fan. We tried to call to crompton customer service centre. But call is not responding. So please take my complaint as an account and come to service in time.

                            I purchaced 4 crompton fans sealed in boxes. When I opened them for installation there were defects/partial damage in all the fans that I purchased. I called customer care for repair/replacement. A service person attended me after few days and checked all the bills and told that the damaged parts will br replaced. Since then no one attended me. I called customer care they gave me Area Manager's Mr Chandra Bhan Sharma's no and Mr Vimal Ganotras contact number. I contacted Mr. Ganotra Many times he never picked up any call. I contacted Mr. Sharma, he once picked call and told that parts will be replaced soon. I waited for many days but got no reply. I called Mr Sharma many times after that but there was no response. I again called customer care toll free no., the service persom told me that his senior "Process Manager" will call back once he is free. But the he was always busy and never call back. Contacting again on customer care I got the same reply but received no call from crompton's so called process manager. I am totally frustrated with the kind of service I have received from crompton and really want to congratulate them for the Irresponsible employees they have recruited at their important positions.
                            I would never recommend anyone to buy any product from CG.

                              Hi Crompton,

                              We have purchased a new 1.5 HP motor with pump, which is not working after day of the installation (today) The purchasing date is 15th of June, 2016. And we are facing lot of problems due to this issue.
                              Today I have raised a complaint # [protected] and done follow up many times, but the executive giving me the lame excuses, even I said please do something on a priority basis. But no body has visited.
                              Every time the executive said that the issue will be resolved after 5PM today. But I didn't any response from their.

                              Now I am very frustrated.

                              No satisfaction with Crompton products and services.
                              Poor customer services with lame excuses.
                              Kindly do the need full in this regards, otherwise I will take another action from my end.

                              This is to inform you that we are very old consumer of Crompton Products, that would be no more.
