Best — Inflated electricity bill

I have received bill amount Rs4200 for July month is 4 times higher (ca no.[protected]).
This month also it's Rs1900, don't understand how?
From the last two years, my bill has been less than Rs.1000 And I don’t have any outstanding ( I have paid the bill for the last 4 months also)

so please send me corrected bill asap.
