Address:23 Bank Street, opposite old costom house

I daily commute between old custom house and CSMT station in 116 bus number. The problem is most of the drivers don't stop at Old custom house bus stop while returning to CSMT. I tried complaining at the CSMT bus office but once they didn't have the complaint register and another time they didn't provide a pen. Have Tried to request the TTEs to ask the drivers to stop the bus but was useless. It gets very difficult to spend extra money and take cab when the bus frequency is soo good.
The drivers give stupid reasons like 'the bus was full (when clearly there was ample space)', 'there is no conductor at the stop or in bus that's why we don't stop'

    Dear sir,

    I am resident of colaba. I am travelling between colaba to churchgate however buses are not much available. Frequency of Buses are very less. We have to wait more than 15 minutes but still getting bus is very tough. I complaint too many times through mail but no action was taken. Please improve bus services

      Dear sir,

      I am resident of colaba. I am travelling between colaba to churchgate however buses are not much available. Frequency of Buses are very less. We have to wait more than 15 minutes but still getting bus is very tough. I complaint too many times through mail but no action was taken. Please improve bus services.

              We entered from chembur station at bus number 381 for journey till vashinaka. I had 50 rs and bus fare was 12rs only I gave conductor 50 rupee note he said give 12 otherwise travel without ticket.
              And after some time at chembur camp bus stop he told us to go out of the bus. He scold us that you don't even possess 2 rs change. Now I am asking you that being a bus conductor why don't you have 8rs change.
              I am attaching bus number along with this complaint.
              Kindly take strict action against this kind of conductors.
              I assure you I will be available for this complaint to further process

                      Bus no MH01DR2256 driver was driving very rash driving and brushed my car and was very rude and u need to take action against such drivers or else will go legal against BEST

                        With due respect I am writing this letter to inform you that I a customer of your Brihanmumbai Electric Supply And Transport also my consumer Mo/ID [protected] since the last ten years.
                        Over the last few months, I have had a problem with my electricity bill ranged from 500-1000
                        But in the last few month my electricity bill has reached a maximum of 3000-. Which is not possible for me to pay. As far as I am guessing, it's not my fault, there's something wrong with my electric meter.
                        Therefore I request to you please kindly send anyone to check my electric meter. Pleases do this soon I shall be very thankful to you. I look forward to hearing back from you.

                          Dear sir today I was traveling from lokhandwala to Andheri station via bus no 252, first of all the ac wasn't working and the bus capacity should be not more than 30 passengers but there were more than 50 passengers in the bus and I was a bit afraid that the bus might get tilted to one side and fall down. This situation has happened with me repeatedly even when I had caught bus no 266. Please try to get rid of these buses and bring in bigger size buses if possible as lot of crowd travels in this route throughout the day. Aircon of all the buses aren't working i guess so non ac buses also would be great. Please look into this as it gets really suffocating in the current ac buses and also head keeps on banging while applying breaks. For issuing tickets also wastes lot of time as lot of buses have to wait one after the other.

                            Get rid of these small AC buses as soon as possible because there are many drawbacks in this such as it doesn't stop in between and also the conductor at Andheri station takes lot of time for issuing the ticket hence creating a seperate line apart from the regular line. Also standees have to bang their head if the conductor applied brakes. The most important point is that just by saving manpower by not issuing the ticket inside the bus creates a lot of hassles, so for this you need to increase the bus size like tata macropolo running in central line

                              I paid electricity bill of 630 Rs on friday 25th of november 2022
                              This amount got deducted from my bank and i did not got any confirmation receipt nor this amount got reflected in BEST?
                              Am attaching the proof of amount which got debited and also bill of the month of May which i paid.
                              I request you to kindly refund my money or get it reflected on BEST website.

                                  I was waiting for the Bus and it didn't stop on the mulund sonapur bus stop, I have already faced such issue previous where they see only one passenger they don't stop which is not legitimate.

                                  Details about the bus are below

                                  Bus No. C61 runs from mulund depot to Mira road time was around 9:27pm date - 17th October 2022.
                                  I cannot tolerate this anymore I need the action and compensation against the company.
