Hi, i have made payment of my electricity bill twice for the month of october number - 776-661-055*4.
Amount of payment was 1190.
One payment was done through citi bank directly and other one from paytm.
Please advise will i be getting a refund or will it be adjusted in next billing cycle.

We are the residents of new bdd chawl no.17, naigaon, mumbai-14. We have 2 phase of electricity in our building out of which one phase always burn once in a month.

Also it's take almost 2-3 hrs to repair the issue whenever occurs. Every time we stays outside.

We request you to repair this at permanent level....

My Consumer No is 539006044*9 and C.A.No is 500002445.

For the month of Oct 2017 i have got exceptionally high bill of Rs. 1170/- when i have consumed only 29 units.
When checked there is Rs.1000/- charged as Total Adjustment Amount. Would you let us know what is this amount for as there is no breakup here.

Please make sure you review this and correct it as needed....

Am trying to reach their customer service but either no one picks up or the person tells me to call another number, which no one picks up!

Pl to inform you that, i am taking bus from newera theater (Malad west) but i repeatedly seen that bus wasn't on time infect it's frequency is @ 20 mints (As per the bus employee) then also i am standing 45 mints to 1 hr. Today i am standing from 9.20am to 10.20am after that there was two buses seen. So i request you people pl check the frequency between 8.30am to 11.00am also my suggestion at every stop pl check the time. There's delay @10 to 15 mints we can understand beyond that something has to do it by the best emloyee which to be very help to the passenger.

Best — route bus from worli to andheri/laxmi ind estate

All i want to say you that you don't really care about us nor your growth. The situation is getting worst. Busses frequency on the route from worli to andheri/laxmiind. Estate is getting worst even at a prime office time ie. 8.45-10.30.in particular bus no. 33/83/84/28 or on route 229. Huge crowd of passengers traveling on the route appears awaiting endlessly for the bus. If at all you have reduced the frequency for your so called huge losses kindly inform or announce so that people may take alternative mode

Today i. E. 24/09/2017 at plaza (Dadar) bus stop, i was waiting for bus no. 53, 85 or 354 from 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm for kurla east with my wife. But there was no single bus of this route in this hour. There is no notice board or instructions for this. Finally i hired a taxi. Is these bus routes are closed down. What is the reason? Who is the responsible person for this....

My son and some residence of jijamata nagar goes to shardasharam vidyamandir boys high school dadar at 6:30 am in the morning. While going my son and some other students go to doordarshan bus stop because of less bus and late buses of bus no. 164
It is a severe delayed of bus due to my son and some other students reaches late. I m giving a severe complaint because from one week my child and some other students got punished in school.

Best bus in mumbai near ball showroom mahalaxmi. The driver is extremely rash. Does not respect pedestrian crossing. Was about to hit and run while crossing road. Thinks himself to be goon here and nobody can touch. He would kill me.. Just got saved by an inch. This guy is a ruthless and a dangerous driver. Please investigate and kindly take necessary measures so that fellow citizens are safe on mumbai road.
This driver is dark in complexion, with beard and a scar on face.
Incident timing is around 4 on mumbai near mahalaxmi swaminarayan temple....

At around 1740 hours on 26/07/2017, was driving from chakala towards ghatkopar on the andheri - ghatkopar road, and just near saki naka a best bus number mh 01-la-5799, driver name not known, was driving very rashly and negligently, he missed banging two vehicles before he brushed against my car on the left rear side, thereby damaging the left rear side, pushing in, and paint badly damaged. I got down and accosted him, and he was very aggressive, saying its not his mistake. I called the local traffic police from the sakinaka junction, and he advised me to file a complaint against the driver.

The premises is kept locked and unused for the last over 10 years. Even the grounds of eviction of my tenant was non-user of the premises. For the past many days, i have been trying to pay my latest bill online but without success.in the process, i also missed the last date for payment of my bill. Earlier, the payment page was not opening up. (MH 01 LA 5459) had arrived at fanaswadi after almost an hour at 12:05pm.But the bus had only slowed down n not halt though there were about 15 passengers including kids, senior citizens n a handicap making it fatal to get into bus. The conductor was arrogant and driver didn't bother to answer. bus halt at following stops after hearing passengers complains. I have been traveling from prabhadevi to laxmi industrial estate (Andheri w) for more that 6 year. I regularly board the bus around 8:45am to 9:00am at prabhadevi to reach office by 10:20. I have group of fellow travellers at the same time who daily struggling to reach their work place on time. As you are aware that we have only one direct option to the destination i. E. Buss no. 33. The frequency of bus no 328 is not at all good it is never on time passengers have to wait for 1:30 hrs for one bus some time it doesn't come only 2-3 buses get cancel in morning and evening which are pick hours for office goers. Either close the bus no 328 or get a solution to this neither these depot officer s do something from both depot that is from versova and marol they dont have answers to why bus is delayed they say bluntly on face of passenger go complain to best what we can do if bus is late...
