With reference to above subject, i have filled online compliant dated 11th July 2024 bearing complain no. 0007346, My Consumer no. is[protected], i am getting high amount of bill every month for the month of July the bill amount cross 7500 which is very much high. i have raised online grievance through portal but not got any update on it.

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    This is to put an official complaint regarding an accident which happened by BEST bus number MH01 AP 0576, in this accident the driver was driving the bus very fast and brushed my car MH02 DZ 9557 from car's right side, near CBD Belapur. Please make a note that car was stationary in the traffic.
    The accident has resulted in damage to the car's automatic right side mirror, the repairing cost of the same will be approx. Rs.10, 000/-.
    The most horrific part was the callous attitude of the driver, he was very confident that nothing will happen wrt my complaint.
    Kindly help me bring the culprit to books and to reimburse my loss. Please help me settle the issue at the earliest.

      On 19th september the bill for the month september a transaction was made for rs.2390 which was apparently failed as per the website and twice the amount got decudected please refund my amount this was the second the previous time it was for july month which was for 530 and the amount was not adjusted in the next bill ths is creating a nusiance and making a toll on my bank account i need the money to be transfered in my account

        Respected Sir,
        With due respect I am writing this letter to inform you that I am customer of your Brihanmumbai Electric Supply And Transport.
        Over the last few months, I have had a problem with my electricity bill which i have mailed to you as well so many times. The average bill amounted between 400-500/-. However since April 2023, there has been a huge increase in my electricity bill which should not be there due to some obvious reasons as stated below:
        - I am a working professional, comes home for just 8-9 hours. The entire day electricity is not used.
        Secondly, I dont have any unusual appliance like AC, Cooler, Iron or any other thing which can add to bill. You can come home and cross verify at any time.
        Thirdly, Most of the time I am not even at home for 7-10 days, then also the bill is more than 1000/-.

        Also, the last few months, even after clearing my dues, the previous month bill is added to my current bill making it so much increase in amount..
        I have also requested the concerned to please come and have a look at the electric meter as I am staying in a rented apartment and it is very difficult to bear so much bill at the cost o[censored]sing nothing.

        Therefore I request to you please have a look at the bills which i have paid to stop adding it in the current bill and check why there is an increase in electricity bill unnecessarily despite of no use.

        Pleases do this soon I shall be very thankful and obliged to you. I look forward to hearing back from you.

            I have boarded the bus hurriedly because he doesn't stop the Bus but only slowed the speed. But he misbehaves and Abuses in very disgusting way and also finally deboarded us from the Bus. Please Take a strict action about him.

                    I am traveling from Lalbaug to Girgaon everyday but I find everytime difficult to see that Bus No 69 frequency are very less and only this bus goes in this route.There are many passengers travel in this route like Harkishandas, Tardeo, Bycylla, and Sewri thus Non AC bus are running which give very discomfort to travel, So I Request the BEST to start some AC buses so that Passengers can travel and take the benefits of the AC buses

                      I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the incorrect electricity bill that I received, despite visiting the Best Office and submitting a written complaint. Furthermore, my disappointment has intensified upon finding that the incorrect bill is also displayed on the website www.bestundertaking.net. I urge you to address this matter urgently and rectify the inaccuracies without any further delay.

                      On [[protected]], I visited the Best Office in person to report and discuss the incorrect electricity bill that I had received. To my dismay, my concerns were dismissed, and my complaint was not given the necessary attention it deserved. The staff at the office did not provide a satisfactory resolution, and I left without a sense of assurance or confidence in the service provided.

                      I trust that you will treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves and take immediate action to rectify the billing inaccuracies. I expect a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution that will reinstate my confidence in your company's commitment to providing accurate and reliable services.

                        I daily commute between old custom house and CSMT station in 116 bus number. The problem is most of the drivers don't stop at Old custom house bus stop while returning to CSMT. I tried complaining at the CSMT bus office but once they didn't have the complaint register and another time they didn't provide a pen. Have Tried to request the TTEs to ask the drivers to stop the bus but was useless. It gets very difficult to spend extra money and take cab when the bus frequency is soo good.
                        The drivers give stupid reasons like 'the bus was full (when clearly there was ample space)', 'there is no conductor at the stop or in bus that's why we don't stop'

                          I am resident of colaba. I am travelling between colaba to churchgate however buses are not much available. Frequency of Buses are very less.                                     We entered from chembur station at bus number 381 for journey till vashinaka. I had 50 rs and bus fare was 12rs only I gave conductor 50 rupee note he said give 12 otherwise travel without ticket.
                                    And after some time at chembur camp bus stop he told us to go out of the bus. He scold us that you don't even possess 2 rs change. Now I am asking you that being a bus conductor why don't you have 8rs change.
                                    I am attaching bus number along with this complaint.
                                    Kindly take strict action against this kind of conductors.
                                    I assure you I will be available for this complaint to further process
