I recently shifted from Pune to Hyderabad and Nittu Sharma contacted me for shifting purpose, he and his company (Best Packers) are real cheaters. Below are the points:
1. They charged for insurance but didn't provided receipt of it.
2. My household items were delayed by 4 days and most of the items were damaged badly including my bike, TV, Fridge, Washing Machine, Photo frames etc (Long list).
3. They are not liable for any damage and the packing was soo average.
4. Nittu sharma told me that your house hold already reached to Hyderabad on 1st Nov but this was not the case. They delivered on 5th Nov and driver told me that he is directly coming from Pune and Sharma is a fraud.
5. One of the house hold item (Mattresses) was not delivered by them, for that purpose I keep on calling Nittu Sharma and he daily commit to deliver it on same day. finally I went to receive my mattress but I didn't get my pillows in side the mattresses and mattresses were used by them.
It is really painful after paying significant amount to them.
