I had purchased 12 bags of sugar on 08.08.15 online from indore store of Best price vide order no.126609 and paid the amount of Rs.13639- by my debit card.
When i went to take the delivery of sugar at store, i was told that sugar is not avaialable, we will let you know when to take the delivery.
Next day i came to know that my order has been cancelled on my request, whereas i had not made any request to cancel the order.
As per their terms and conditions, you cannot cancel the order once payment has been made.
This is how this multinationals are cheating the public.
