Dear sir/ madam,
i, sushant b. Shrirao, propreitor of m/s kaizen biochem, amravati; visited your store on monday, 03/07/2017. I am having your membership since 3-4 years.
Also, i am having another card in the name of mr. Bhaskar a. Shrirao, prop. Of m/s shriram agro agencies, morshi. (card no.[protected] member since 04/2012)
as per our regular visits, i usually show my id or my fathers id. Also, my relatives shop on my card. Two days ago my cousin shopped on my id. No one stopped him.
But on 03/07/2017, i went with my wife, they disallowed us after showing fathers id. I requested for shopping but they insisted for my card and misbehaved with us. Thats the good thing for insisting for shopping on same card. But rules must be same for everybody. Everytime your staff is dumping different rules.
As an industrial manufacturer, we also know our limits, how to behave with anybody.
Please look into matter.
Instead of purchasing with best price wallmart, we would prefer d-mart and big bazaar, where no cards and good services are offered. Was this information helpful? |
